How long until my package is shipped?
Packages are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days, but no longer than a week.
How long will my package be in transit?
Although we have no control of your package once it is are out of our hands, most packages take 1-2 weeks to arrive to the buyer.
How do I make a return?
You can return an item to Smokeasy within 30 days of the initial purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, and in the same condition that it was received. Pictures or video may be requested. A return is made by contacting us at Smokeasyofficial@gmail.com, requesting a refund, and getting approved. Once approved, the customer will receive instructions for returning the item.
How do I exchange a broken, damaged, or incorrect items?
To exchange an item please contact us at smokeasyofficial@gmail.com and inform us of the issue. Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the initial purchase. You will receive an email back with further instructions.
How do custom orders work?
